TAP - Total Asset Performance

Sanwa stock a range of chrome carbide welded overlay wear plates and white iron wear blocks. Our brands are TAP Plate and TAP Block.

Since 2013 our Metallurgical team have worked closely with our TAP Plate and TAP Block manufacturers to maintain reliable high quality wear products.

All TAP Plates are independently inspected before shipment. However, manufacturer has proven to be very consistent.

Sanwa track TAP Plate and TAP Block lots supplied and can provide a certificate of analysis upon request.

TAP Plate receives good feedback regarding flatness, fabrication, and performance.

TAP Blocks are monitored through adhesion testing to avoid delamination.

Custom TAP Plates, TAP Blocks, and TAP Ni-Hard Liners are manufactured. Please contact us for more information.

Sanwa supply full sheets of TAP Plate only. Please contact us for a TAP Plate fabricator.
